TOSCANA owners, Mike & Kathie Gordon, along with Chef Luca Crestanelli, have recently opened a new Italian restaurant in the beautiful wine-growing Santa Ynez Valley. S.Y. Kitchen is, in the owners’ description, a California version of a little Italian farmhouse. A plate of fresh homemade pasta from one of Chef Luca’s northern-Italian recipes.
